Welcome to Sidra Racing
SIDRA racing is the Southwestern Idaho Desert Racing Association. We put on races that are usually about 100 miles through the great Idaho desert. The association consists of seven different clubs who put on one or two races a year. Most racers belong to one of the clubs which means you have to work one of the races. Belonging to a club also means you have a pit crew and some great team members during the race (don't worry you can not hurt your team no matter your skill). Each race consists of two loops that are approximately 50 miles each. We do have a couple of park races each year that are a nice change of pace. New racers regardless of experience are always welcome. We hope to see you out there with us.
20th Annual Oreana 100
The first SIDRA event is the Desert Raiders 20th Annual Oreana 100 and it is coming up fast. There is no pre-entry to mail in but there are things you can do to help speed up registration and make your race day morning much easier. Please complete the following steps online as soon as you can.
- Register for your AMA card if you don't already have a current one.
- Register for you SIDRA membership.
- Once you have your AMA number and assigned SIDRA number fill out the 20th Annual Oreana 100 sign-up form. It has editable fields so you can fill it out on your PC or mobile device prior to printing (this is preferred so we can actually read what you put on the form)
On race day bring your AMA card, SIDRA card, and pre-printed Oreana 100 sign-up form with you to the sign-up tent.

BLM Initiative on SIDRA races
Per BLM directive we have to post the new race stipulations and rules for you to understand, the following are just some of the total package we as event promoters must live with. The BLM is not interested at all in your ability to round corners and cut course, this is a VERY BIG DEAL! I am sure there WILL BE DQ's at our event, Read and Learn:
